We view server management as crucial to maintaining healthy networks. A virus on your server can easily be transferred across your whole network. If your server goes down then your workforce will be unable to log on, unable to browse e-mail & the web, unable to get to shared network resources.

Remote monitoring of servers therefore comes as standard with our Full Support package. This means that whenever an engineer is in remotely on your server they also check log files, event manager, disk space, Anti-Virus updates etc. If no work is being done then a weekly visit will be made to your server to check these issues anyway!
